When we choose to hold on to anger we often find ourselves losing way more than we win as life proceeds. This is because holding on to anger is essentially weighing us down and preventing us from seeing life as it really is.
To eliminate weighing ourselves down with our anger we have to be willing to first diagnose what is wrong with ourselves, and why we are angry. After that we must be willing to accept that we do have a period in which it is natural and acceptable to grieve and to really express how we feel.
This point must come to an end at a reasonable time, as holding on to this grief will provide a huge part in the weighing down of a person.
So after grieving, we have to essentially come to an understanding with ourselves that we are letting go. When you are finally able to really let go of that anger your life will be much freer.
