All actions start with commitment. A commitment is what for and the extent to which we are determined to proceed and achieve. It can be an inner commitment e.g. what we tell ourselves as a self-promise; it can be external commitment when we promise others to get a thing done; or undertake to get something as a binding on ourselves.
