You need to have good flexibility in your back, so practice stretching backwards. If you can touch the floor, GREAT! Once you can do it fast without thinking, practice jumping with your head tilted back. Then, try it out on a trampoline. If you don't have one, find the SOFTEST ground you can. DO NOT JUMP UP!! Jump as if the air was the floor and curl backwards into a ball. Really SNAP IT UP AND BACK, or you'll land BAD! Practice a few a day.
