It can be helped especially the boy have that attitude. Maybe you need to make him become your boyfriend and if you able to make him "fall head over heels in love", your jealousy will be reduced. Basically I would suggest you to find someone else, cause the boy with that personalities is tend to become douche and broke your heart.
