Probably because they dont know how to love. And the person who is lying and being decietful to others has been lied to and someone has been decietful to them. Or maybe becasue the TRUTH just HURTS.
Maybe bcaus ethey like that person osmuch that they decided that telling d truth wont help them get that person instead migth hurt the person so..the person decides 2 lie :P
