Just wondering. Because for some people memories are just constant reminders of bad things, but for some people, memories are what help them keep going.

I will choose not to loose old memories because they made me what m today. They motivated me , teached me lessons n what to do n not to do. Its true that I have some bad memories but I will not let them take over good memories
