1) Delete his/ her number from your phone; failure to do so many result in pathetic texts or calls that will regret when you wake up tomorrow.
2) Dont check his/ her facebook prfile, even when you really want to.
3) Dont listen to any sings that remind you of him/ her, no love songs or sad songs or break up songs.
