There comes a point when something broken can no longer be fixed. The super glue just won't bond. The chips in the once cherished tea cup become deep craters weakening the integrity of the composition. Leaks begin sprouting from tiny holes. Finally it crumbles to dust in your hands. Hearts are like that too. I gave you my shattered pieces and thought you had the magic to make me whole again. Instead you wiped the dust to the floor, walking through it as you disappeared out of the door.
