Whenever you are feeling down& out , think of something that makes you feel happy and calm. Stop being frustrated. Overcome negativity . Be honest & listen to your higher inner self. Commit to do one nice thing for yourself every day. Accept yourself as you are worth for. Live your life for the moment and let go of everything else going on in your life. In the end, go easy on yourself.
