The government is a group of people who form the governing body of any nation or state which manages and controls the state and central affairs. A government forms the administrative bureaucracy of a state. Government means the way the organizing functions are structured. Dirk Kempt Horne had once remarked, “Government alone cannot solve the problems we deal with in our correctional facilities, treatment centres, homeless shelters and crisis centres - we need our faith-based and community partners.”
In a democratic government, the government is of the people, for the people and by the people. There are different forms of government namely Autocratic, Democratic and Lasseiz Fair. Fred Woodworth considers government as an evil. He had once remarked, “Government is an unnecessary evil. Human beings, when accustomed to taking responsibility for their own behaviour, can cooperate on a basis of mutual trust and helpfulness.”
