When a person is willing to take control of their emotions instead of let their emotions take control of them, they will be bound for success. Overcoming your emotions is very difficult to do at first, especially since most of us are taught to use whatever we are feeling on the inside to determine how we act in each moment.
Doing this everyday will subject us to many situations in life that we probably were not meant to actually be subjected to had we not reacted solely the way our emotional senses helped persuade us to.
Show strength by holding back what you are feeling emotionally, and by continuing to think logically about the situation to help present a solution, instead of steadily introducing more conflict into the situation and into your life as well.
