Sometimes asking for help is the bravest move you can make. You don't have to go it alone.
A person who knows to use and how to use their resources is a person that will go very far in life. Even though it may seem childish at times to ask for help, doing so is the only way to get to where you want to go in most cases, so dont be ashamed.
When we experience times of difficulty and stress sometimes when no one is around to experience our pain with us, and even sometimes when others are there for us we still feel alone. I know that going through pain and grief is a hard thing to do, and it is especially hard to do by yourself. But unless you reach out to those close to you to let them know that you want them close to you in your grief, usually people will back off and let you grieve alone.
Dont let your ears witness what your eyes didnt see, dont let your mouth speak what your heart doesnt feel.
We are all guilty of this, and though this isn't right, it is human nature to go with popular opinion instead of what we know to be true inside of our hearts. We should make an effort to not let what we hear from others be undeniable fact in our eyes, and we should never speak out against something that we know in our hearts isn't for us to speak out on.
