Emotional integrity is the courage to acknowledge one's true feelings, wants and desires without judging them with the societal lens. In essence, it is about being 100% honest with oneself. Emotional Integrity involves being honest with yourself: facing uncomfortable or painful truths inside yourself so that they dont harm the people you love. Its more about your internal choices than your external ones.
