Because you don't really put effort to move on. You must give yourself time to cool down your feeling before date someone, if you date someone in order to move on/forget your ex, it not really effective sometimes. I think it not love anymore but obsession, many people believe the love they cannot forget is true love while the truth is, it called Obsession.
