Be compassionate & be gentle to yourself at times when you feel like being self-critical.Think what youd say & do to encourage yourself & dont let negative feelings stop you from trying new things or taking on challenges. Believing that there is something innately wrong , make one to suffer from low self esteem & experiences panic attacks. Those who suffer from low self-esteem experience extreme fear and anxiety frequently. In such moment one must tend to feel positive about themselves and about life in general. It makes able to deal with lifes ups and downs better& able to take on the challenges in a positive way.
