Optimistic, expects the best possible outcome from any given situation. Optimists see failures as exceptions to their rule & failure is never an option. They see failures as temporary setbacks that can serve as learning opportunities. Optimists believe that their own actions result in positive things happening, that they are responsible for their own happiness, and that they can expect more good things to happen in the future. It deals with pain and hardship better than their pessimistic counterparts.
