Our positive inner self encourages us to become active and assertive in creating our own lives. Awareness of thoughts and choosing your responses to them enables you to take action and participate in your own life. It is power of inner self that when you let go of what you think you should not do & you can trust yourself and choose whats right for you. Inner power provides much needed impetus for self-compassion . Self compassion simply means providing yourself with the love, safety and acceptance you need.
