I came across a Chinese proverb today that read Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are. The ability to focus & stay mentally tough comes with time & experience. Experience tells me to take it one day at a time, face my fears, keep my promises, deal with my challenges & surround myself with positive & caring people I know will be there. I am taking steps daily to change what needs changing. I pray, I cry, I laugh & I stay involved....& when tomorrow comes, I do it all over again. ªthestruggleisreal¬ ªholdontoyourrope¬
