Law is any such rule or a system of rules which sets the limits governing the actions of people dwelling in a community. Law lays down a code of conduct and is a set of ethical principles which people should keep in mind when they act. Law makes one responsible and accountable for his or her actions. Anyone who indulges in unscrupulous actions or crime is punished in accordance with the law of the region. The law of the jungle says that “an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.”
Cases against a criminal are decided in a court. Lawyer is a person who practices or studies law. He fights the cases for his client and supports his case with enough proof and evidences. The court always wants solid evidence to decide the case in your favour. William J. Wilson had once remarked, “But the person who scored well on an SAT will not necessarily be the best doctor or the best lawyer or the best businessman. These tests do not measure character, leadership, creativity, perseverance.”
