If you harbor resentment, pain or hurt feelings over something that happened in your past or perhaps you inflected harm on someone, maybe broke a promise, not intentionally, but never the less, damage was done. Regrets, fears, anger, resentments and guilt need not govern your life. You deserve to be free from the things that rob you of your joy and peace and that is where God comes in. Come to Me (Jesus speaking), all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30 NJKV
