The word regrets is the plural form of the word regret and is used to represent or is defined as the actions that one commits that end up being faults that a person may feel sorry for, or feel bad about doing. For example someone may live their life with many regrets, such as never going back to school, or never pursuing a person of interest in which they know that they should have pursued when they had a good chance to do so.
Regrets are feelings that everyone will more than likely experience in their lifetime, and are feelings that people tend to focus on mistakenly. Instead of putting our focus on the mistakes of the past, we need to focus on making the right choices and decisions in the life we are living at this moment, in order to provide the best outlook for our future. Life is to be lived looking and moving forward, not looking and moving backwards.
