No matter how much a person analyzes another person, it doesn't mean that that's who you are. That's who you are from their perspective, not your own. When you take time for yourself to discover who you are, you're looking at you from your own perspective and not the perspective of another. So being in introspect all the time isn't necessarily a bad thing. Because it's those people who have a good understanding of who they are, thus being unaffected by the interpretations of themselves by other people.
