A female thinks she can tell when something comes from the heart, but honestly any guy can say sweet stuff to a woman and make her believe him. It takes a real man to show a woman her worth is more than any words he has said. To prove that everything he does say is meant in every good way/intention possible. Make her feel loved/special by your actions towards her because the words you say mean absolutely nothing unless they come from the heart.
