Brevity is the most essential part in elocution in particular, and as William Shakespeare puts it, “brevity is the soul of wit “. To put things in short concise form, needs a lot of talent. It is useless to use two words where only one is enough. Brevity and conciseness are the parents of correction. Eloquence will be praised only when brevity is present.
