In order to achieve success & in order to improve, we must face failure and learn from it. Failure is often the best teacher. To illustrate, if you put your hands in the proverbial fire and get burned one time, it is unlikely you will do it again. Likewise, if you make a costly mistake, you most certainly will avoid that mistake in the future. In time, you will learn to take calculated risks that, collectively, will lead to the desired end result.
