Low self-esteem is characterized by a lack of confidence and feeling badly about oneself. People with low self-esteem often feel unlovable, awkward, or incompetent. .If you find certain situations difficult because of low self-esteem, you may start to avoid them and become increasingly socially isolated. This can cause feelings of anxiety and depression. Low self-esteem severely limits ones development. It keeps in a place of low confidence, so that one is less willing to take on challenges. & makes one defeated.
