In order to build mutual trust and confidence one must be transparent in his action & behavior. The risks associated with the lack of transparency is confusion, lack of confidence, lack of credibility, inviting corruption & controversy. To avoid controversy one must be transparent in behavior & day to day dealing. Transparency pertains to impartial behavior, it implies openness, communication, and accountability.
