Listen, I'm 41 years old. I've got two kids. I've got a career. The last thing I need to be doing is having a beef with A Tribe Called Quest. It's silly and it was unnecessary. It ain't the first time that a director hasn't seen eye to eye with a subject and it ain't going to be the last time.

My phone just auto-corrected my name to 'Jamie unnecessary,' instead of Jamie lynn.

i learned to control my feelings.sometimes I find myself in the corner, realizing that I shud feel pity of my life, myself coz of the sacrifices and sufferings being the breadwinner.Suddenly I feel like I'm going to cry. But I blink it away and breath deeply. Pacifying myself by telling that ' this is my life,am used to this so crying is unnecessary. no one will help me but myself. am strong, and I know it.'

Physical pleasure is a sensual experience no different from pure seeing or the pure sensation with which a fine fruit fills the tongue; it is a great unending experience, which is given us, a knowing of the world, the fullness and the glory of all knowing. And not our acceptance of it is bad; the bad thing is that most people misuse and squander this experience and apply it as a stimulant at the tired spots of their lives and as distraction instead of a rallying toward exalted moments.

If you're letting your enemies bring you into their unnecessary drama you're giving them too much power over you and your emotions.

Do not worry about life and unnecessary things. Have fun. Fall in love. Make sweet and romantic love. Regret nothing, and don't let people bring you down.

Death is not more certainly a separation of our souls from our bodies than the Christian life is a separation of our souls from worldly tempers, vain indulgences, and unnecessary cares.

I had a girlfriend forever and I'm just recently sort of getting back into the dating world, so I have my own issues to deal with. I guess it can be difficult. It can be difficult [but] not because of the type of character I play. I don't really worry about people thinking of me as the 'pie guy' and not wanting to date me because they think I'm a loser or s..ually inept. It's more about, Is the girl into you because you're cool and because she likes you and because she's able to separate you from your work? Or is my film work or recognition a distraction to her, or something she's not able to put aside? Is that the only reason she likes me? Those questions that come into play, not so much my concern over being perceived as a bumbling, goofy guy.

Real religion and belief come from life experience; from the people you meet, the feelings you feel and the challenges you face. It is not to be confined to one or several books, because in the end, all they do is generalize and suppress the liberty of mankind, thus creating unnecessary conflict and division. In other words, burn the books and start thinking for yourself.

I suddenly realized that comedy, for me, was just being honest, and playing it for real. I've seen so many wonderful actors who turn into creatures from another planet when they're told they are supposed to be playing comedy. I... was not too happy to suddenly take on this public role thrust upon me. They just assumed I was the Joan of Arc of the women's movement. And I wasn't at all. It put a lot of unnecessary pressure on me. I'd never even been to Wrigley Field. I never even enjoyed baseball that much, but I loved being there, the crowd was lovely, and they all sang with me!

When a child is learning to write, it is extremely easy for it to hold the pen wrongly, and to form its letters incorrectly, but it is painfully difficult to hold the pen and to write properly; and this because of the child's ignorance of the art of writing, which can only be dispelled by persistent effort and practice, until at last, it becomes natural and easy to hold the pen properly, and to write correctly, and difficult, as well as altogether unnecessary, to do the wrong thing. It is the same in the vital things of mind and life.
