It is normal to feel agitated or angry at times. There are many valid reasons to be angry and you deserve to let out some steam once and a while. But to let that anger linger is not a good thing. To avoid stress, you have to calm down and focus on the solution, not on the problem. Take time to cool down & give breathing space to issue of controversy. Stay away from the cause of your anger and give yourself time to think. See both sides of the story and be fair. If you find that you are at fault too, be bold enough to make things right. Apologize and do something to correct the mistake. On the other hand, you find that the other person is at fault, think well and choose your words. Talk to the person and fix the problem together.

Anger quotes
Angry is expression of annoyance, displeasure, hostility or having a strong feeling against someone who has behaved badly, making you want to shout at them or hurt them. Angry people become irrational. They say things and do things they would end up regretting later. Its easy to mend things up with a simple Im sorry. But most of the time, things get thrown out of proportion when pride gets in the way. No one wants to be the one to concede defeat. Wait until you have calmed down from your anger and then express yourself in a calm and collected way.You need to be assertive without being aggressive. Until & unless you have patience & attitude to control your thoughts, you will never learn how to control your behavior to the best.

Anger quotes
Aggression is different from anger. Anger is an emotion; aggression is a behavior. There are better ways to deal with anger than behaving aggressively. Anger is a perfectly normal human emotion and, when dealt with appropriately, can even be considered a healthy emotion.Aggression in positive way is a form of assertiveness. One succeeds only by aggressively going after his goal. Aggression is a necessary requirement for success in life in general. One must have balance between aggression & anger to have a meaningful life life.

Anger quotes
Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned. One way to be better at handling anger each time it happens is it allows you to contemplate on patience. Think about the effects of anger, what it does to your relationships, your job and even your own mental well-being. When you have mindfulness of its effects you will begin to moderate anger each time you feel its sensations. Have the wisdom to understand yourself. Let go of your ego .When you have the wisdom to see things for what they truly are, then your outburst of anger will be less as you practice these steps to anger management. Will you continue to be angry even as you know these steps? Of course you will. But just like everything you practice, you will become more skillful at it and you will be able to conquer anger better.

Anger quotes
When you are anger first and foremost, you must realize that there is nothing positive in being angry. But letting anger out or venting it just feeds anger more as you are focused on it. Realize you are angry and know there is nothing positive by being angry. Recognize it as a Sensation. Often it is a sensation we feel when we think we are right and we have been wronged, or for a myriad of other reasons. When you realize that it is a sensation then you know there is something you can do about it. Its not something uncontrollable. If you feel cold, you look for something to keep you warm. When you feel anger, you look for patience to keep you from feeling angry. This is an important step in steps to anger management.

Anger quotes
In order to live honestly and take full responsibility for your own life, you have to learn to put your hurt and anger onto the table in front of you so you can examine your emotions consciously. And then, when it has been brought to the surface and acknowledged, it can be swept away in forgiveness. Until this work has been done thoroughly, however, the statement I am a forgiving person is just an illusion.

Anger quotes
Anger is reflected when one is hurt or insulted. There are far better ways to cope with hurt and insult than with anger. Keep cool & strive for healthy response to feelings of hurt and insult. A healthy response to feelings of hurt and insult is forgiveness. To forgive someone means that you consciously make the decision to set aside any desire to see a person hurt because of the hurt he or she caused you, and instead you wish that the person will recognize his or her hurtful behavior, feel sorrow for it, and learn to be a more considerate person.

Anger quotes
Anger is the strong emotion that you feel when you think that someone has behaved in an unfair, cruel, or unacceptable way. Anger itself acts like a poison in your own heart that ultimately degrades the quality of your own life as much as it hurts the life of another person. All anger is, at its core, a dark and cruel wish for harm to come upon the person who hurt you.

Anger quotes
Don't hold a grudge. Getting angry will only cause trouble and negative emotions. Forgiveness is a powerful tool. If you allow anger and other negative feelings to crowd out positive feelings, you might find yourself swallowed up by your own bitterness or sense of injustice. But if you can forgive someone who angered you, you might both learn from the situation. It's unrealistic to expect everyone to behave exactly as you want at all times.

Advice quotes
Try to be realistic and accept that people are the way they are, not how we would like them to be. Being resentful or holding a grudge against somebody will increase your anger and make it more difficult to control. You cannot change how other people behave or think but you can change how you deal with others but working on a positive attitude.
