I wanted to give people - which is fairly bizarre considering my whole life is contemporary dance really - I wanted to give people a really fulfilling sense that they had seen a white classical ballet - in a very pure form.

The face of terrorism in Iraq is dead. Abu Musab al Zarqawi brutalized, tortured, and killed thousands of innocent people, forcing Iraqis to live in fear. The Iraqi people finally had enough, and gave up his whereabouts to the Iraqi security forces.

Every bad decision I've made has been based on money. I grew up in the projects and you don't turn down money there. You take it, because you never know when it`s all going to end. I made Cop III because they offered me $15 million. That $15 million was worth having Roger Ebert's thumb up my ass.

I've always seen myself as one of those 'show people.' My earliest memories are wanting and needing to entertain people, like a gypsy traveler who goes from place to place, city to city, performing for audiences and reaching people.

The coal industry has helped fuel this Nation for 150 years, and coal can be used to heat our homes, power our economy, and protect our Nation for at least another 150 years if we continue to use it.

I have all the respect in the world for Rodney Harrison. In terms of his commitment to the game, his work ethic and his attitude, he's an exemplary player, but I think we have a lot of players on our defense I'd say similar things about. He works hard, he's aggressive, he's tough and he puts as much of his heart into the game as he possibly can. He's a team captain and a leader. I don't want to minimize his role, but we have other players who fit that same description.

If I could have written a show for myself, this would have been it. I really enjoy going to work. In New York, I was spoiled by working with so many amazing New York writers, and I really thought they were just artists. I felt like in L.A., people are trying to crank out scripts by Friday. But I really love the words that these guys on Glee use. I don't feel like I'm selling my soul out. It's very special. Ryan Murphy has really kind of created this world that he wants.

You're either on 'Team Brooke' or 'Team Peyton' and nobody wants to be on 'Team Peyton' because their captain is a big whor..!

Being single has changed drastically with my age. A lot of things are different. Especially being single now. Because when I used to go out in the old days I was the cool dude in the club with the glasses on in the corner. You can't do that when you're 49. You got your glasses on in the corner and you look creepy. A lot has changed.

First of all, anything Ryan Murphy is a part of is a good idea to be a part of. He's got just such a clear vision. So, I knew the project was going to be great. I liked the fact it combined music, as well. It was an opportunity for me to showcase some of that part of my life. Plus, the writing is dope! It's great writing and good music.

I was working on Broadway in New York, and the Broadway strike happened, and my costar was working on a pilot with Ryan Murphy out here in Los Angeles. I met Ryan and we just had a great night talking about Barbara Streisand and our shared love for her and musical theater and what not, and I never saw him ever again. Glee was the first audition I went on in Los Angeles and Ryan was there, and I went, Do you remember me? and he was like, Of course I remember you. After going through the studio and the network, he then told me that he had written it with me in mind.

I love comedy and I would write things to myself as an exercise in writing. I didn't do well for years, and I quit. I started to break down why I was afraid and started to look at people I admired, like Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, Freddie Prinze, George Carlin and all. I said, To get to where they are, they all have had to endure bad nights and it's not easy. If the worst thing that can happen is that nobody laughs, then I can deal with that, because the worst thing that can happen at the factory is that I could lose a limb or be crushed by a huge machine.

I didn't go through a teenage rebellion period because I saw Nip/Tuck. That was my teenage rebellion. My mom would say, 'You're not allowed to watch that,' blah blah blah. It was very nerve-racking auditioning in front of Ryan Murphy because I'm such a huge fan. It was hard. He's very nice. He's a little intimidating at first, but he's great. I've learned lots of things from Ryan. I've learned how to deal with crazy people. Not that Ryan is crazy. But he likes crazy people.
