This year, we celebrate the 100th year of women’s day and still we talk about feminism. There are many women who are still lacking the basic rights that are due to them. It is a pity that offering equal rights to women has to be obtained only after a long fight for justice. Women are often termed as weaker sex but though physically it may be true, they have more will power, determination and the courage to scale great heights in various fields which have been proved by many women time and again.
But sadly enough, most of the men do not agree with feminism. It is very easy to support feminism but a majority of men see it as a blow to their masculinity. “You don’t have to be anti man to be a pro woman “said Jane Galvan Lewis. This world will be a better place to live in, if feminism is supported and all women enjoy their freedom and existence.
