Intention means to do a task with a purpose or the end result in mind. Intention refers to the idea of doing something purposefully. Things done or realized without having any forethought are unintentional. Intention behind any task or action helps in realizing it successfully. Intentions might be positive or negative.
Positive intentions bring about improvement or betterment while negative intentions are designed to accomplish or realize some nefarious plans. In the words of James Schuyler, “However, intention needn't enter in, and if a reader sees things in a religious way, and the work is dogmatically acceptable, then I don't see why it should not be interpreted in that way, as well as in others.” One should always have one’s intentions pretty clear before getting down to accomplishing some task. The clearer the intention, the more likely and favourable shall be the outcome of your action. Adolf Hitler had once remarked, “Any alliance whose purpose is not the intention to wage war is senseless and useless.”
