Laziness means not doing work or making no effort. Laziness also involves procrastinating and delaying ventures. Laziness never helps rather it makes you very unpunctual. You even become obese and lethargic since you don’t want to spend energy in doing any kind of work or effort. Lazy people can never become successful because their life is all messed up and lacks discipline. There is nothing orderly in their life. Life becomes haphazard and disorganized for a lazy person.
Laziness is a secret ingredient that goes into the recipe of failure. In the words of Lord Chesterfield, “Know the true value of time; snatch, seize, and enjoy every moment of it. No idleness, no laziness, and no procrastination: never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.”
Failure is not the only punishment that we get for laziness, but what hurts more is the success of others.
