American families have always shown remarkable resiliency, or flexible adjustment to natural, economic, and social challenges. Their strengths resemble the elasticity of a spider web, a gull's skillful flow with the wind, the regenerating power of perennial grasses, the cooperation of an ant colony, and the persistence of a stream carving canyon rocks. These are not the strengths of fixed monuments but living organisms. This resilience is not measured by wealth, muscle or efficiency but by creativity, unity, and hope. Cultivating these family strengths is critical to a thriving human community

Whether a person feels positive or not is kind of a comment on their personality and of no great interest. You can find positive signs or you can find negative signs. How you evaluate them depends on something that happened in your life recently or something like that. There's no objective way to do it. The important thing is you try to commit yourself to making the positive signs more real. Suppose you felt that there's 99 percent of a probability that human civilization is going to be destroyed in the next hundred years, but one percent chance it won't be, and that one percent offers some opportunities to do something. Well, you commit yourself to that one percent.

That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every 'superstar,' every 'supreme leader,' every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there - on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.

If there is a meaning in life at all, then there must be a meaning in suffering. Suffering is an ineradicable part of life, even as fate and death. Without suffering and death human life cannot be complete.

Our fears have become a natural thing to us, we need to activate our faith and change our way of thinking! Don't let your fear take over your life, you were fearless, porously and wonderfully made to be a blessing because God has a resolution for your pain, a cause for your struggle and a compensation for your faithfulness. Don't give up.

Relationships form the foundation of all our experience; they shape us from the moment we are born through the moment we die. Relationships happen. They form regardless of our intentions, they are as effortless as breathing. Yet a relationship that strengthens you can be the most elusive thing in the world, hiding always in your own shadow. To truly know someone, to create a relationship that feeds your spirit, you must open yourself up, become vulnerable, be a child in awe and fear. This is the most terrifying thing, more frightening than any disaster, any harm that may be visited upon us. And yet, to let go, to dive into that fear, gives life meaning. It is the most exquisite joy, and the greatest triumph of human life.

life does not always give us favoritism even though we deserve it. We can't change who raise us, we can't change the bad decisions we made in life, if we choose bad mates and we knew they were not good for us, yet we try too change them what we want in significant other. Then that on us! we all are sinners, we all have done things we should have not done, we act fool and embrassed ourselves, we all lost loves ones, we all got our heart's broken by true love or what we though true love was. We all lost friendships, we all been judge for some odd reason, we all confuse lust at times with love. We all slip up and and said and done something stupid, we all been in deinial, sometimes acting like a victim. That the part of human nature. That the only way we learned.

Whatever career you may choose for yourself - doctor, lawyer, teacher - let me propose an avocation to be pursued along with it. Become a dedicated fighter for civil rights. Make it a central part of your life. It will make you a better doctor, a better lawyer, a better teacher. It will enrich your spirit as nothing else possibly can. It will give you that rare sense of nobility that can only spring from love and selflessly helping your fellow man. Make a career of humanity. Commit yourself to the noble struggle for human rights. You will make a greater person of yourself, a greater nation of your country and a finer world to live in.

Only this way the human life will escape its own burden, its own image, its own Destiny, the vanity, the deceit and the absurd, the strange coldness of this world, finally choosing the complete peace of the Nirvana it was looking throughout its historical evolution, a strange and absurd Nirvana itself in reference to the increasingly humble and insignificant being compared to it, to the stranger that replaces more often self and more inhumanly, that mocks her creating it a society increasingly petty and absurd. Is suicide the saving solution of the mankind? Is it not any other way through which man would chase away the alien within him, the absurd and the anxiety so that he can find his Sacred Self that was stolen so many millennia ago? What other way could there be except suicide?

Religion is an insult to human dignity. With or without it, you'd have good people doing good things and evil people doing bad things, but for good people to do bad things, it takes religion.

Honor, justice and humanity call upon us to hold and to transmit to our posterity, that liberty, which we received from our ancestors. It is not our duty to leave wealth to our children; but it is our duty to leave liberty to them. No infamy, iniquity, or cruelty can exceed our own if we, born and educated in a country of freedom, entitled to its blessings and knowing their value, pusillanimously deserting the post assigned us by Divine Providence, surrender succeeding generations to a condition of wretchedness from which no human efforts, in all probability, will be sufficient to extricate them; the experience of all states mournfully demonstrating to us that when arbitrary power has been established over them, even the wisest and bravest nations that ever flourished have, in a few years, degenerated into abject and wretched vassals.

Sublimation of instinct is an especially conspicuous feature of cultural development; it is what makes it possible for higher psychical activities, scientific, artistic or ideological, to play such an important part in civilized life. If one were to yield to a first impression, one would say that sublimation is a vicissitude which has been forced upon the instincts entirely by civilization. But it would be wiser to reflect upon this a little longer. In the third place, finally, and this seems the most important of all, it is impossible to overlook the extent to which civilization is built up upon a renunciation of instinct, how much it presupposes precisely the non-satisfaction (by suppression, repression or some other means?) of powerful instincts. This cultural frustration dominates the large field of social relationships between human beings;we know already that it is the cause of the antagonism against which all civilization has to fight.

Psychology quotes
I was living with these three girls. One of them picked up [Hawkwind keyboardist] Dik Mik one night and brought him back to the flat. We got talking and realized we had a mutual interest in seeing how long amphetamines could make the human body jump about without stopping. He brought me into the band as his pill-popping buddy. They said, "Who plays bass?" And Dik Mik went, "He does." I'd never picked one up in my life. Hawkwind was a complete blitz: We had projectors shooting images all over the place, fireworks going off, nude dancers -- we were fu..ing fierce. We'd dose the audience with acid, lock the doors so they couldn't leave, then send them into epileptic fits with subsonic frequencies and strobes. Those were the days. I would never have left if they hadn't fired me.

And I return to the coldness of this defying human nature, to the impertinence with which the losers of the Sacred Self clime to our sorts of social positions thinking that there they will find their peace, but they are completely wrong. The more they climb, the more they will be confused and miserable because happiness is a mirage of this defying world. No matter how much you gain and what social positions you would had, they are all vanity of the vanities, they are all a smoke caught in our fists or a cry embraced, because they all become immediately a normality and then a boring thus completing the misery, but especially the vanity that surrounds this world where everything is built to fall, where everything is an Illusion of our Life, where the true meaning is the nonsense, and the true Truth is precisely the Untruth. Then what is better for man? Is it to kill himself?

Famous Love quotes
The hardest and toughest thing to be in this life, of which your mind and outside opinions of others are continually waring against; is to be your complete self. You cannot be yourself, if you don't know who you are. And you cannot know who you are, if you don't know where you come from. This is our only battle and quest in this life; to find out who we are and where we come from. Survival is just secondary. Go beyond your human knowledge of who you think you are; your life's journey starts from this point. Life is waiting for you to discover the realization of who you are. Start your journey, in search for the truth of you. Don't abandon the search, because the only truth that you need to discover, is the truth of you; that's what that empty void inside of all of us is about. Don't abandon the search of discovering the truth about you. There will be many truths along your path; but there is only one. Don't settle for any other truths until your void is filled.

The most thoroughly and relentlessly Damned, banned, excluded, condemned, forbidden, ostracized, ignore, suppressed, repressed, robbed, brutalized and defamed of all Damned Things is the individual human being. The social engineers, statistician, psychologist, sociologists, market researchers, landlords, bureaucrats, captains of industry, bankers, governors, commissars, kings and presidents are perpetually forcing this Damned Thing into carefully prepared blueprints and perpetually irritated that the Damned Thing will not fit into the slot assigned it. The theologians call it a sinner and try to reform it. The governor calls it a criminal and tries to punish it. the psychologist calls it a neurotic and tries to cure it. Still, the Damned Thing will not fit into their slots.
